John Fallows has over twenty-five years experience as a consultant and executive, working with leaders who seek to innovate and improve organization and system performance.  His consulting focus has been on system-level change and the creation of public value.

His clients have been public sector organizations that are pursuing the public good.  John's core value is helping leaders get the results they are accountable for in a complex world.  He performs as an advisor, designer, facilitator and change agent.

John has held senior leadership positions in the communications, consulting and information services industries, including roles as a partner with Ernst & Young, an executive with EDS and a consulting director with Sierra Systems.
